Every July the Annual Sudden Valley Flea Market invites residents and nonresidents alike to bring items to sell. It's a great opportunity to feel part of the community! The neighborhood contains only one strip mall, containing just a video store, gas station, convenience store, post office, and the famous Tino's Pizza and Pasta Company, where resident gather to enjoy Tino's delicious treats, including their "special" pizza: Canadian Bacon, pepperoni, sausage, olives, mushrooms, green peppers, onion and extra cheese!With all this and more to offer, it's easy to see why the Sudden Valley neighborhood has become so up-and-coming.
